Recruiters add the candidate
Choose your questionnaire and invite your candidate via SMS and email, then the automated process starts. You can do this step directly in Referenta or through an integration with your recruitment tool. After that, the candidate uploads their references and Referenta reminds and compiles the report for you. You get a ready-made report and can then easily make a decision.
The candidate uploads their credentials
In the dashboard, the candidate uploads the references you requested. You can also, without spending more time yourself, have Referenta interview more references for the same candidate, thus creating a broader picture of the candidate. To improve the candidate experience, the candidate can follow the process and see what stage they are at.

References answer questions in Referenta's interactive system, which creates an engaging and user-friendly experience. If the referee prefers to be called, an automated "book a meeting" function is launched that quickly finds a time and sends meeting suggestions to both the recruiter and the referee.
The report is compiled for the recruiter
Once the report is complete, it is easy to compare the answers given by the referees. The Referent candidate-led process also shows warnings when the candidate and the referee have given different answers to the same question. This provides an extra verification step for higher validity.
